Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week or per month in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Once a limit is active, gemebet's system will decline any deposit that would exceed it. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions made in the heat of play.
Loss Limits
Define the maximum net loss you're prepared to sustain over a given time period. When your losses reach the threshold you've set, your ability to place further bets is automatically suspended for the remainder of the period. This is one of the most effective tools for keeping gambling affordable and within your personal budget.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum session duration — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or a custom value. When the timer runs out, you'll be automatically logged out. You can also activate reality-check notifications that display your session length and net win/loss position every 15 or 30 minutes, helping you stay aware of how long you've been playing.
Cooling-Off Period
Need a short break? A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your Account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days. During this period, you cannot deposit, bet or access games. You will also be removed from all marketing communications. Your Account and balance are preserved and accessible once the period ends.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is gemebet's most serious responsible gambling tool. You can request a minimum 6-month exclusion or a permanent exclusion through your Account settings. Once active, your Account is closed, all marketing stops and you cannot create a new Account. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Activity Statements
Download a full record of your betting activity, deposits, withdrawals, wins and losses for any time period. How Limits Work
- Decreasing limits take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until a cooling-off period has passed.
- Increasing limits requires a mandatory 7-day waiting period before the increase takes effect, giving you time to reconsider.
- Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected duration. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
- Marketing stops automatically the moment any exclusion or cooling-off period is activated — no separate opt-out needed.

Strictly 21 and Above
The minimum age to register and use gemebet is 21 years old. This is not a guideline — it is an absolute requirement enforced at two points in every player's journey: at registration, where you are required to confirm your age by declaration, and at your first withdrawal, where KYC identity verification will confirm your date of birth using a government-issued identification document.
Players whose age cannot be confirmed to gemebet's satisfaction will have their Account suspended and withdrawal access blocked until verification is complete. Any player who is found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their Account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
